| Draw milk sample to indicator line (450ul +/- 50ul) Add to tube and shake. Incubate tube and device at 45°C +/- 5C for: Beta Lacttam - 5 mins. Tetracycline - 2 mins. Aflatoxin M1 - 5 mins. |
Add sample to sample well of device. Watch sample travel to activation circle. Snap activator completely as activation circle BEGINS to disappear. DO NOT let the activation circle completely disappear. |
Incubate device for: Beta Lacttam - 4 mins. Tetracycline - 7 mins. Aflatoxin M1 - 4 mins. then read. |
